Refund Policy
At Healthy Balance, we stand by the quality of our products. Because our devices are personal-use hygiene and wellness items (ear cleaners, toothbrushes, irrigators), refunds are generally not possible once the product has been shipped and delivered.
Refunds may only be considered under serious circumstances, such as:
